To upgrade or downgrade your hosting package, please log in to the Client Area.

1. Once logged in, click on the "Services" link in the top menu thn click on "My Services".
2. Find the product or service that you wish to upgrade then click on the "View Details" link on the right hand side.
3. On the next page, Clicl on "Management Actions" then click on "Upgrade/Downgrade".
4. On this page, select the package that you would like to upgrade or downgrade to by clicking on "Choose Product"

Follow the rest of the instructions to place the order.

Please note that you will only be charged pro rata for the difference between the existing package and the new package when upgrading.
